Ingredients:
500 gm Fish
Salt (As Needed)
½ TSP Black Pepper Powder
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
3 Eggs
5 TBSP Maida
2 TBSP Mayonnaise
Kisan Cooking Oil (As Needed for frying)
Preparation:
1. First of all, take a bowl. Add boneless fish, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Lemon Juice, & mix it well
2. Take another bowl. Add Eggs, Black Pepper Powder, Maida, & mix it again
3. Now mix it again by adding Mayonnaise
4. Dip these marinated fish slices into Egg mixture. Apply Maida
5. It’s time for frying. Add Kisan Cooking Oil in a pan. Let it some warm. Then fry these fish slices until they changed into golden brown
6. Your Crispy Fried Fish is ready to serve
